1. Eligibility for Refunds

Users may request a refund for a certification program enrollment at any time before a certificate has been generated or issued for that certification program.

Once a certification credential has been generated, issued, or made available for download or verification, the enrollment becomes non-refundable.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • A certificate has already been issued or generated
  • A verifiable credential has been created
  • The certification has been successfully awarded
  • The request violates our Terms of Service or platform policies
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse is detected

To request a refund, contact the SkillEnsure support team with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Certification program name
  • Payment details or transaction reference
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
